Step 1 – Buy Samyang Buldak Instant Ramen of Your Choice

If you’ve ever heard of Samyang Korean ramen, you’re already aware of the different packaging options available. Noodles in the Buldak kind are hotter than typical packs; some of them have a Scoville heat unit (SHU) rating of 13,000!

You must first decide when to have really hot ramen and then which packet to purchase. The Jjajang taste, which has a rating of “just” 1,900 SHU and a delightful flavor of Korean black bean paste, is the least spicy option.
