Greek: Leave out the smoked paprika and replace it with 1 tablespoon of Italian spice and 1/2 cup of lemon juice.

I virtually never peel the potatoes before cooking air fryer potatoes, but that’s just a matter of preference. Most potatoes don’t need to be peeled since their skin is so thin. You may think about peeling your potatoes if you see that the skin is really thick, but I would probably leave the peel on.
DO YOU NEED TO SOAK THE DICED POTATOES IN WATER?
No, the potatoes don’t need to be pre-soaked. While many recipes call for soaking the potatoes to eliminate the starch before cooking, I tested this and found that air-frying the potatoes made no difference.
HOW TO MAKE AIR FRYER DICED POTATOES INTO HOME FRIES?
Slice a bell pepper in half and a white onion in half. Sprinkle them with 1/4 teaspoon each of salt, garlic powder, and smoky paprika along with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil. During the final 10 minutes of cooking, incorporate them into the potato mixture.
