The easiest approach to give egg rolls and spring rolls a crispy texture without deep frying them is to air fry them. Additionally, air frying takes less time than baking, which is another advantage. This simple recipe demonstrates how to do it.
With a bowl of pho is one of my favorite ways to serve these egg rolls. I chop up the egg rolls and add the crisp, hot bits to a bowl of steaming hot soup.

How to make air fryer frozen egg rolls?
Set the Air Fryer’s temperature to 360 degrees F. If necessary, use olive oil or nonstick cooking spray to prepare the air fryer basket.
Put the frozen egg rolls in the bottom of the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Egg rolls should be air-fried for 7 to 10 minutes at 360 degrees Fahrenheit, or until thoroughly cooked and golden brown.
Carefully take the food out of the air fryer’s basket and serve it with your preferred dipping sauce, fried rice, and other items.
NOTE: A 5.8qt Cosori air fryer was used to prepare this dish. You might need to alter your cooking time by a minute or two if you’re using a different air fryer. Regular-sized egg rolls are used in this recipe. Reduce the cooking time by 2-3 minutes if you’re using frozen tiny egg rolls.
Do you need to thaw the egg rolls first?
No. They don’t need to be defrosted beforehand. The egg rolls’ or spring rolls’ exteriors will fry up crispiest if they are frozen. They may be cooked in the air fryer right away after being removed from the freezer. The simplest and best way to cook frozen egg rolls in an air fryer.
Other tips for cooking frozen egg rolls in the air fryer
Since the spring rolls already contained oil when they were first fried, you don’t need to add any more.
Simply stack everything in the basket or tray. Avoid piling the egg rolls.
Cook at a lower temperature at first to warm the center before turning up the heat to brown the exterior.

What brand of frozen egg rolls was used in this recipe?
Since Tai Pei brand egg rolls are the most widely accessible in my neighborhood, I used them in this recipe. I either get the pork or chicken egg rolls.
